Assessment guidelines for modern languages

Support document that guides teachers through designing effective assessments (formative and summative) in the Modern Languages K–10 Syllabus (2022).

This resource has been developed to assist teachers 7–10 in NSW Department of Education schools to understand and use the Modern Languages K–10 Syllabus (2022) to design effective assessment opportunities for students.

It includes strategies for both formative and summative assessment.
