Assessment guidelines

This resource has been developed to guide teachers through effective assessment (formative and summative) in the Modern Languages K–10 Syllabus.

This resource has been developed to assist teachers 7–10 in NSW Department of Education schools to understand and use the Modern Languages K–10 Syllabus (2022) to design effective assessment opportunities for students.

The resource includes strategies for both formative and summative assessment.
