Scope and sequence sample – Stage 4 (100 hours)

This resource has been developed to assist teachers in NSW Department of Education schools to understand and use the Modern Languages K-10 Syllabus (2022). It can be used as a basis for the teacher’s own scope and sequence for a mandatory 100 hours languages course, or as an example of how the new curriculum could be implemented. The resource has suggested content and timeframes that may need to be adjusted by the teacher to meet the needs of their students.
