Year 9, Unit 4 – index laws
This 9-lesson unit is designed to allow students to explore the index laws and apply them both numerically and algebraically.
It addresses content from the core focus areas of Indices A and Numbers of any magnitude as well as Path focus areas of Indices B and Indices C.
The Mathematics K–10 Syllabus (2023) is to be taught in Years 3 to 10 from 2024.
