AEDC 2021 national, state and community level reports were published in April 2022. Schools also received their full profile in April 2022.

New South Wales has offered Australian Early Development Census (AEDC) community grants.

Seeding grants of up to $15,000 were awarded to schools and services to support partnerships in local communities to respond to the needs identified in their school or community profile.

Successful applicants will explore their AEDC data and consider how they might address the early development needs of children in their community.

  • Encourage communities to engage with and respond to their AEDC data outcomes from the 2021 data collection.
