AEDC community grants program

Read case studies of initiatives implemented by AEDC NSW grant recipients.

AEDC 2021 national, state and community level reports were published in April 2022. Schools also received their full profile in April 2022.

AEDC NSW granted up to $15,000 to schools and services. This was used to support their responses to the needs identified in their school or community profile.

Aims

  • Encourage communities to engage with and respond to their AEDC data outcomes from the 2021 data collection
  • Support early intervention in communities with high vulnerabilities or limited services

Case studies of successful applicants

Funding was distributed to the following successful applicants to implement their proposed project.

Recipients of round 1 and 2 of the community grants initiative have completed their implementation. Case studies have been developed to showcase the initiatives implemented and outcomes achieved in response to their AEDC school and/or community data.

Access the case studies below.
