Resources for new Stage 6 syllabuses
Resources to support enactment of the new English syllabuses for Senior English 11–12 (2024) are now available. Find all resources on Planning, programming and assessing English 11–12.

- English Studies – support resources for ‘Reading to write: Transition to English Studies’

New microlearning courses are now available:
- Conceptual programming in English 7–10 (TPL00857) – this course is designed to support programming and lesson design for deep learning.
- Senior (11–12) English syllabuses (TPL00701) – this course is designed to support you with planning and programming for the new syllabuses for Senior English 11–12 (NESA 2024).

NESA updates
NESA has announced Multiple syllabuses: minor amendment – HSC English prescriptions 2027 – 2028 updated.
Some content points and examples within the K–10 English Syllabus (2022) have been updated to enhance clarity and provide additional guidance for teachers.
Teachers are advised to regularly review the Record of changes to keep track of any revisions to the English syllabuses.
