Rollover

Rollover is the process of reviewing the transport services for up to 10,800 students at the end of each school year and setting up services for the following school year. Preparation for rollover commences in Term 3.

The process involves identifying students who will continue, removing students who are leaving and adding new students. The rollover process endeavours to maintain as much consistency for students as possible.

The ASTP Online School User Guide provides step-by-step instructions to help schools complete the rollover process for the following school year. Authorised school staff can view student information, transport applications and transport run details in ASTP Online.
