Schools may work with parents to complete Part A and then the school will complete Part B.

Use this form to make school bell time updates for the main and/or support/satellite classes for students currently accessing ASTP services.

Use this form to register a new school and support/satellite classes with the ASTP.
Student Travel Support Needs - Change Request form (PDF 184KB)
If a student's behaviour and/or medical needs change you may need to request extra support to make sure they travel safely.
Variation form (PDF 194KB)
Variations are requests to change existing ASTP student transport arrangements to and from school on a permanent or temporary basis.

The NSW Department of Education Disability Criteria (2024) are used to identify students who are eligible for the department’s targeted support provisions.
