All appeal panel request forms, safety vest orders, driver and Eligible Service Provider applications must be submitted by 5pm AEST as per the dates below.
- 7 September – Last day for schools to submit Year 12 program options and advice of finish dates for school leavers in 2018
- 15 October – First day ASTP will accept new student applications for 2019
- 19 October – Last day for schools to log online and verify whether student will be continuing in the same school setting for 2019
- 16 November – Last day ASTP will accept student applications and variations for 2018
- 30 November – Last day ASTP will accept student applications for 2019
- 31 December – Last day for contractors to submit pay claims for 2018. Access to 2018 online pay claims ends on this date.

Please note the above dates also apply for novations, subcontracting, requests for increased transport area and requests for increased run capacity.

Please note: School development days occur at the beginning of Terms 1, 2 and 3 and the last two days of the school year. Check with your school, as schools may vary some of these dates.
