If your child's application is unsuccessful you can submit an appeal within 30 days of the date on the letter you received declining your child's application for transport.
In the case of a variation request, you can submit an appeal within 30 days of the date of the email sent to the school advising of the decline.
Any forms received outside of this timeline will not progress to the Independent Appeals Panel.
How do I appeal?
Before you send your appeal, look carefully at the reason your transport was declined. The ASTP Guidelines contain information on the eligibility criteria and your child's school may be able to assist in explaining the application criteria.
