A suite of three consecutive self-paced blended e-learning professional learning modules have been designed to develop capabilities necessary for school leaders and anyone who may relieve in the role of principal, to maintain a regulatory compliant, high-quality preschool.

  • Module 1 – Overview of the National Quality Framework
  • Module 2 – Educational leadership, pedagogy and curriculum
  • Module 3 – Continuous improvement

Participants in this course, are advised to use the downloadable learner journals, within the modules as a tool to support localising and consolidating the learning.

It is recommended that leadership teams engage with learning together.

P-2 Initiatives Officers and Early Learning team members are facilitators of these modules. Their engagement for assessment and support requirements is coordinated by the learner themselves at any stage throughout or on completion of eLearning course content.
