Invasion game performance peer assessment – Stage 5

Stage 5 – a single lesson assessment focused on analysing a peer’s performance using a game performance rubric.

Consider the following questions when adapting or developing assessments.

The following sample resource can be adapted by teachers to suit the individual needs of their students. Use these resources to plan and deliver PDHPE. They are suitable for the PDHPE K–10 Syllabus (2018).

Resource content

Students will:

  • observe your peers’ playing in a 3 vs 3 invasion game
  • make a tally of all the different ball plays observed
  • analyse peer performance using a game performance rubric.
