You can contact us any time by logging an online query and we will get back to you in business hours.

  • provide as much information as possible in the ‘description / information’ field

Support hours

All EDConnect services can be accessed between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm weekdays, except NSW public holidays.

Some teams have extended support hours as shown below:
