When you submit your query online, make sure you:
- select the correct options for your query (ie IT support, Finance, HR)
- provide as much information as possible in the ‘description / information’ field
- attach supporting documentation or screenshots.
When calling our EDConnect Contact Centre on 1300 32 32 32 please be ready to provide your user ID or email address.
All EDConnect services can be accessed between the hours of 8.30am to 5pm weekdays, except NSW public holidays.
Some teams have extended support hours as shown below:
