How can we improve our overall health and wellbeing?

Students:

  • recognise the importance of personal hygiene and grooming to their overall health and wellbeing
    • recognise their own healthcare needs
    • identify when personal hygiene and grooming procedures are needed
    • identify and/or display appropriate personal hygiene and grooming procedures, eg wash hands after toileting and before eating, use deodorant and/or antiperspirant, menstrual management
    • demonstrate awareness of cultural requirements in personal hygiene and grooming procedures.
