PBL Tier 3 Individual Support

Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) Tier 3 Individual Systems of Support focusses on thinking functionally about behaviour, conducting a Functional Behaviour Assessment (FBA) and developing, monitoring and evaluating Individual Student Support Plans (ISSP). This training develops behaviour expertise in schools to confidently deliver Tier 3 systems and practices.

By the end of this NESA accredited course school teams will be able to identify students requiring individualised support; prevent the development or decrease the frequency and/or intensity of inappropriate behaviours; use FBA to focus on individualised supports and implement evidence-based behaviour, social and emotional skill interventions that support student needs; develop individual student support plans (ISSP); and use data for decision making and to monitor progress.
