What does the Enrolment Across Schools report provide?

This two page report presents information on:

Page 1 – By School

FTE Enrolments by Calendar Year and School Name

  • This line chart compares enrolment trends over the past 6 years for all schools in a network. It is best understood when filtered by school type so that schools in the same category, e.g. secondary schools, can be compared.

FTE Enrolments by Calendar Year and Scholastic Year

  • This stacked bar chart compares enrolment trends for a network or single school. It can be used to pinpoint bulges, e.g. if there are more students in younger years this can indicate an influx of young families to the area or if there are low numbers in Years 11 and 12 this can indicate a low retention rate.
