Property services is mainly concerned with, designing, maintaining, selling and leasing property assets such as houses, apartments or blocks of land. Property services also include things like pest control, cleaning and servicing and maintaining houses or apartments. Surveyors and architects are also counted as being under property services as they deal with designing and drafting and measuring properties. Employment is projected to boom in this sector in the near future as Australia’s population expands and property becomes more critical.
