The following sample resource can be adapted by teachers to suit the individual needs of their students. Use these resources to plan and deliver PDHPE. They are suitable for the PDHPE K-10 syllabus (2018).

Resource content

Students will:

  • will appraise personal strengths
  • predict future challenges and opportunities and develop the skills required to manage these in a positive way across these contexts
  • develop health literacy and critical inquiry skills
  • identify reliable sources of information and services to assist them with current or future challenges.
