Japanese Continuers – text types

This document unpacks the purpose, structure and language features of the prescribed text types, with sample questions to practise to support students in Stage 6 Japanese Continuers to write a range of texts.

Students are expected to be able to produce a range of written texts for the Continuers course. Texts for receptive use will not be prescribed. Students are encouraged to read, view and listen to a wide range of texts, including authentic texts.
