Narragunnawali – reconciliation in education

Narragunnawali supports schools and early learning services in Australia to develop environments that foster a higher level of knowledge and pride in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures and contributions.

The program provides schools and early learning centres with a framework to develop their own Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

We are proud to work alongside Reconciliation NSW, the peak body for reconciliation in NSW. This organisation works to support, educate and inspire the people of NSW to engage in reconciliation. A wide range of resources are available for educators and corporate staff including webinars, enews and lesson plans.

Aboriginal education and training is core business for all staff in NSW public schools. Our schools are committed to improving outcomes for our Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students and advancing reconciliation with their local communities.
