Who is this report designed for?
The Executive Director, Curriculum and Reform; Director, Curriculum Early Years and Primary Learners, and Early Learning team can view all preschools.
The contextual summary report enables analysis, informs reporting and guides continuous improvement priorities for the work of the approved provider.
Contact information, staffing information and contextual insights such as each preschool’s model of provision for enrolment organisation.
Using the report
Use the slicers at the top of the report to select the results you want to be displayed.
View the charts
Your selections will be automatically applied to all sections of the report.
De-selecting all slicers will reveal data sets for all schools.
Integration Funding Support data is shown only at the state level in the Contextual summary report.
The preschool chart provides location, contact details names and key operational data.
Use the scroll bars at the right and bottom of the table to reveal all data sets.
Preschool educators and models of provision are shown in the charts below. This data is collected annually in the preschool mid-year census. Data is updated in these reports in November/December each year.
