If you are moving from one position to another within the Department of Education, you will still have access to your files in your Google Drive. If you are a member of a workspace or shared file, your permission to access those areas may be restricted, so ensure you have made a copy of any files or folders you need.

To transfer ownership of a folder or file to another colleague you must have already shared it with them, click on the Share link and change the status of the person to make them owner.
