Thinking skills – K–6

These skills encompass the productive, purposeful and intentional thinking that provide students with a framework for solving problems.

These include:

  • Unpack the key components of computational, design, scientific and systems thinking.
  • Explore how these thinking skills are embedded throughout the NSW Science and Technology K–6 Syllabus.
  • Watch real examples of how each thinking skill can be incorporated in teaching and learning programs.
