Audience: Stage 4 and 5 teachers and leaders

Duration: 60 minutes

This one-hour module is perfect for teachers who are looking for the basics about the new PDHPE K-10 syllabus. This course is also ideal for curriculum leaders. This module is available for DoE 7-10 teachers only.

Structure

This course supports teachers and leaders to:

  • build knowledge of the new PDHPE K-10 syllabus and its features
  • recognise the similarities and differences between PDHPE syllabus (2004) and the new PDHPE K-10 syllabus (2018)
  • understand requirements for PDHPE K-10 syllabus implementation
  • apply understanding to reflect on existing practice and prepare for syllabus implementation.
