October is Mental Health Month in Australia and we have five weeks of suggestions for everyone to help you focus on your own wellbeing, and ways for you to raise awareness in your everyday conversations.

The 2023 five-week activity-day calendars have suggestions, tips and ideas for you to try. Try them yourself and share them with family, friends or colleagues. Talking about positive ways to support mental health is an important role we can all play.
