Legal Services provides advice and assistance to staff within government schools and the NSW Department of Education.

Service of Documents

All subpoenas related to a school should be sent directly to the relevant school, addressed to the school principal.

Any non-school related subpoena or subpoena-related enquiries can be emailed to subpoenas@det.nsw.edu.au

Any other documents required to be served will be accepted by the Department if emailed to legal@det.nsw.edu.au.
