The Administration and Staff Hub is the public/school interface. It is the focal point of the school for management and communication procedures. Main spaces include reception, offices and sick bay. Main activities in this facility consist of interviews, meetings and clerical duties.
The Entry Vestibule is the main point of arrival for guests and accommodates a reception counter and waiting space.
This Principal’s Office accommodates a workstation and meeting table and allows for small meetings to occur independent of the Principal’s work station.
The Deputy Principal’s Office accommodates a workstation with some visitor chairs for the Deputy Principal’s daily administrative tasks.
This room is a private room with a small workstation and furniture for a small meeting of less than 4.
The Clerical / Print / Workroom is used primarily for administrative tasks and is a minimum of 53m2. It accommodates the main reception counter and three workstations as well as an additional work area which can be partitioned by an operable wall. This work area has printing equipment, work bench, layout tables and compactus storage.
The Security Store Room is a minimum of 14m2 and contains records/materials requiring secure storage.
The Sick Bay accommodates for sick or injured students and should provide adequate furniture for initial treatments and for their rest.
This Access Shower/Toilet is designated for the amenity of staff and/or controlled access for students.
The Store/Community Clinic is an optional space used for routine health checkups with the potential to be utilised by the local community. It is approximately 23m2 accommodating a bed, ambulant toilet, work area and wet area, adjoined by a waiting room.
