Getting the most out of your Teach NSW Planner

Whether you prefer a printed planner or a digital approach, the Teach NSW printable planners are designed to be flexible and adaptable to your planning needs.

Printing your planner

The Teach NSW planners are available to print in both A3 and A4 formats, allowing you to choose the best option for your unique needs:

  • Print in A4 and add to a personal planner, binder or display on your desk or classroom wall for quick reference.

  • Print in A3 and display in staffrooms, common areas and team planning spaces. Displaying the planner on a noticeboard or shared planning wall creates a central hub for key dates, term overviews and collaborative planning of school-wide initiatives. Staff can use colour-coded markers or sticky notes to highlight important events and contribute to shared planning efforts.

Going digital with OneNote

Did you know you can integrate the PDF version of the Teach NSW planner into Microsoft OneNote? This allows for a more interactive and dynamic planning experience.

How to use your planner in OneNote:

  1. Import your planner

    • Download the planner in PDF format and insert it into a OneNote notebook.

    • Use the 'Insert' > 'Printout' option to set the planner as a background for easy annotation.

  2. Customise and annotate

    • Use drawing tools to highlight key dates, deadlines and events.

    • Add sticky notes or text boxes for lesson ideas, reminders and resources.

    • Attach handy documents and insert hyperlinks directly to planner pages.

  3. Collaborate and share

    • Share your OneNote planner with colleagues, mentors, or co-teachers for team planning.

    • Use the collaboration features to add feedback, suggestions or shared notes.

Whether you prefer the tactile experience of a printed planner or the versatility of digital planning, the Teach NSW planner is designed to streamline your workflow and keep all your planning in one place.
