Before and after school care providers play a critical role, delivering flexible and affordable services for families. Increasing access to BASC for families can only be achieved with the support of the hundreds of care providers across NSW.

The BASC Program supports the viability, expansion, and sustainability of services through a range of funded initiatives and solutions. These include:

• Grants Program now open for applications
• Contract managers for on the ground support to providers and principals
• Sector support including information on tender application processes
• Direct engagement with the BASC Team on solution delivery

The range of BASC service solutions on offer across the State include stand-alone tenders for new before and after school care services, provisions for additional space in existing services, and multiple-site service operations in remote and rural areas as part of ‘Group of Schools’ pilots.
