Information will be displayed on the Other Compliance Actions list after all court, tribunal or administrative action is finalised and any appeal processes have concluded.
This page is updated on a quarterly basis.
Please note that approved providers who are cancelled or suspended are listed on this page under their legal name. If providers have another name registered as their business name (as the name associated with their early childhood education and care business), these will be incorporated into the list of cancellations or suspensions since 1 January 2024 (updated during 2025).
