Find answers to the most frequently asked questions about applying for the trainee or cadet roles.

Do I need experience?

No prior work experience is needed for our trainee and cadet roles. We value enthusias, reliability and a willingness to learn.

Are these paid roles?

Yes. All roles are paid and include structured development and learning.

What qualifications do I need?

Trainees must be willing to enrol in a Certificate IV in Project Management as part of the role.

Cadets must be studying a Diploma or undergraduate degree in construction or project management.

Where are the roles located?

There are a number of locations to choose from. Majority of roles are based in our Asset Management offices across NSW.

Is mentoring and support provided?

Yes, every step of the way. Mentoring, training and development opportunities are built into the 2-year program.
