Add the 2025 iCal calendar to your email app
We have provided a 2025 iCal calendar file (ICS 52KB) that contains the key 2025 school dates. You can add it to calendar apps like Outlook, Google and others.
The calendar file includes dates for:
school development days *
first day of term for students
dates for term start and end
Australian public holidays.
* The department determines these dates but always check with your local school as dates may change.
Please note, we cannot provide technical support for calendars.
To import the iCal calendar into Outlook:
- Open Outlook and go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
- Choose 'Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs)' and select Next.
- Find the file to import. Select Import.
- To complete the import, select Finish.
To import the calendar CSV into Outlook:
- Open Outlook and go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
- Choose 'Import from another program or file' and click Next.
- Select 'Comma Separated Values (CSV)' as the file type and click Next.
- Find the file to import. For duplicate options, choose 'Do not import duplicate items'. Click Next.
