The Inclusion together – map for working better together provides information and resources developed by a working group that included the NSW Department of Education. It provides a map for teams working with children with disability and inclusion, and helpful fact sheets.

This resource supports the building an inclusion team working collaboratively with children with disabilities and their families. A highly appropriate resource for working with families whose child’s developmental differences has been identified and there is a beginning recognition and acceptance by the child’s parents.
