ACECQA has developed a new child enrolment record template to support early childhood education and care (ECEC) services comply with the National Quality Framework (NQF).

The template can be used as a starting point, outlining the key information that each enrolment record must include for each child, and be adapted to meet individual needs of the service.

Services can also use the accompanying information sheet when considering best practices around the collection of information from families, during the enrolment and orientation process.

The enrolment template can be accessed in two versions:
