The NSW Department of Education is partnering with Charles Sturt University to deliver the Aspire to Teach Program in NSW public schools. The program is designed to support school support staff to upskill and transition into teaching roles while working in eligible placement schools.

Under the program, participants will be granted a fully-funded scholarship to complete a Bachelor of Educational Studies (as a pathway to a Master of Teaching Primary or Secondary), Bachelor of Education (Secondary) Industry Entry, Master of Teaching (Primary), or Master of Teaching (Secondary), whilst simultaneously continuing to gain classroom experience through their paid employment in a NSW public school.
