Scholarships forms
As part of the application process for the Teach and Learn Scholarship (High Demand Subject Areas) and Inclusive Practice in Education Scholarship, applicants will be required to submit documents and completed forms listed below as part of their application through IworkforNSW.
To submit the relevant documents and forms, log into the IworkforNSW application and upload them in line with the instructions provided, prior to the closing date of Friday 5 September 2025, 11:59 pm (AEST). Each time applicants wish to access their application they will need to click on the 'Apply now' button on the relevant scholarship page.
