Working on a standard department device
Remember to log out or lock your device before leaving it unattended or sharing it.
Once Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) is enabled it will mean that after you login using your username and password, all other apps and services will be accessible without a further password prompt. If someone else accesses your device after that point, they could access your email, pay details, personal information, student records, files etc.
From 24 February for corporate staff and later this year for school staff, use your complete department email address as your username.
