Adobe Enterprise Term Licence Agreement
The Adobe Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) allows DoE owned devices to use Adobe product bundles for both PC and Mac platforms on a non-perpetual basis during the five year period of the agreement, commencing 01 April 2016.
The following lists show what can be installed on DoE devices.

- The Adobe ETLA permits only one of the above product bundles to be installed on each DoE computer.
- Schools have access to these product bundles on their eT4L servers.
- Adobe permits Work at Home (WAH) rights to DoE employees who use the products at work to use them at home on one personally owned device and solely for work purposes. Adobe requires that each employee who is taking advantage of the WAH rights to own a software subscription.
- All NSW Department of Education school students are eligible to download and install Adobe software onto one personally owned device.
