NAPLAN Online school readiness test 2021 training

Training overview

Due to the current NSW Health advice, all NAPLAN Online school readiness test training will now be delivered via Zoom. Training to support schools participating in NAPLAN Online school readiness test (SRT) 2021 includes:

  • Live online training sessions
  • Disability adjustments training
  • Update webinars
  • eLearning modules (on demand)

The type of training required depends on the particular role individual staff will be carrying out in NAPLAN Online. All staff are encouraged to access the eLearning modules.

Training by role

eLearning refresher for all

eLearning modules provide refresher training that can be completed at a time suitable to all staff members via MyPL. They can also be used as part of in-school training for test administrators.

The NAPLAN Online SRT eLearning course is made up of five modules:

  • Module 1: NAPLAN Online SRT overview (45 mins)
  • Module 2: Principal's role (25 mins)
  • Module 3: Technical preparation (for NAPLAN coordinators and school technical support officers) (30 mins)
  • Module 4: NAPLAN coordinator's role (40 mins)
  • Module 5: Test administrator's role (60 mins)
