How School Learning Environments and Change (SLEC) supports teachers as they transition into new build and upgrade schools.

Support services can be coordinated by the Transition and Change team, and supported by a community of practice within the department. Services may include professional learning courses, tours of new build or upgrade schools, and evidence-informed resources for staff, parents and the broader community.

School Learning Environments and Change are developing a suite of resources to support schools communicate and engage with their community, in conjunction with School Infrastructure NSW. These resources focus on the teaching and learning in innovative learning environments, and are designed to be shared with a range of audiences.
Education Principles are informed by research and evidence and contribute to the design and model of the new build or upgrade spaces.
