About Leadership Conversations: From the Field

Leadership Conversations: From the Field presents a series of opportunities for principals to explore common leadership challenges, facilitated by leadership expert Matt Church. 

There will be 4 group discussions of up to 100 principals per session. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first to register basis. 

The sessions will provide opportunities for principals to discuss leadership challenges with Matt Church as a guide and mentor. Matt will link his insights into the complex nature of leadership and what it takes to be a leader who creates a thriving school culture while engaging in the challenging work of leading people. 

Matt Church is a leadership expert and the author of 13 books, including Rise Up: An evolution in Leadership. Matt will bring his insight, challenge and hope as central tenets to the theme “great leaders create great leaders.”

Each Leadership Conversation can host a maximum of 100 principals through registration. Sessions will be recorded and made available on the Principal Leadership Hub.
