MyPL gives access to a wide range of professional learning materials and a system to support the delivery, monitoring and reporting of professional learning within the school/directorate.

The resources below relate directly to the supervisor role in MyPL.

Learning authors and session support officers provide information on delivering professional learning

Provide staff with access to MyPL as a Learning Author or Session Support Officer by logging an online form, or calling EDConnect on 1300 32 32 32.

If you require assistance with the MyPL application you can log your request by ringing 1300 32 32 32 or using the online support form available to department staff only

Staff enrolment in courses

You will receive an email advising of all new staff enrolments in courses. Most courses do not require you to authorise staff enrolment.

Monitoring and reporting on professional learning

The maintenance of accurate records of the professional learning completed by all DoE staff to meet DoE and legislative requirements is essential. These records can be required to respond to requests from a variety of sources including DoE, the police, the coroner’s court, subpoenas and the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.
