Leading Learning and Teaching in Innovative Learning Environments (online)
This course explores the challenges and opportunities of developing, implementing, and leading innovation in contemporary schools. Inclusive of educators in both formal and informal positions of leadership, the course offers a rigorous review of research, policy, and curriculum.

In this course, participants will:
- explore topics that include high-impact leadership, team management, change agency, initiatives in high-performing jurisdictions, pedagogical innovation, and project evaluation;
- benchmark their school’s innovative initiatives against the School Excellence Framework and their current school plan; and
- trial different approaches to understanding and measuring innovation in their school communities; and
- develop their own capabilities as high-impact instructional leaders and achieve lasting pedagogical change.
Completing 'Leading Learning and Teaching in Innovative Learning Environments (online)' will contribute 11.5 hours of NESA Registered PD addressing 6.2.3, and 6.3.3 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Highly Accomplished Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
