Flexible Learning Space by Design (online)
Participants will navigate through a design thinking process based on Stanford University’s D. School to identify desired learning and teaching approaches and design a flexible learning space that supports these practices. Participants will use G-Suite tools to complete a sequence of activities and reflections, as well as submit their final project.

In this course participants will
- Review current research on pedagogical trends and the future of work and reflect on how this influences their own practice,
- Explore learning modes and the relationship between space and learning,
- Plan and prototype a learning space design that supports desired learning and teaching,
- Use G-Suite tools to complete the course projects.
This course is also delivered face-to-face Flexible learning space by design (face-to-face).
Completing 'Flexible learning space by design (online)' will contribute 5 hours and 30 minutes of NESA Registered PD addressing 3.3.2, 4.1.2, 6.2.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
