Science
Australian Museum (K-6) has a variety of resources for teachers to support teaching and learning in the Living World and Earth and Space strands of the Science and Technology Syllabus.
PhET Interactive Simulations for Science and Math (2-6) the PhET Interactive Simulations project at the University of Colorado Boulder creates free interactive math and science simulations. PhET sims are based on extensive education research and engage students through an intuitive, game-like environment where students learn through exploration and discovery.
Primary connections (F-6) Units of learning that fully align with all strands of the Australian Curriculum: Science.
Primezone (K-6) Primary Industries Education Foundation (PIEFA) has units and online resources to support the food and fibre content in the Living world strand of the Science and Technology K-6 Syllabus.
Digital technology
Australian Computer Academy (K-6) has student challenges and teacher resources to support teaching and learning for Digital technologies in the classroom.
Bebras 365 Australia (3-12) Question sets from past (2014-19) online computational thinking challenges. Students receive immediate feedback on questions.
Code.org (K-12) Students learn to create computer programs that will help them collaborate, develop problem-solving skills and persist through difficult tasks.
CSUnplugged (K-6) A collection of teaching material that teaches Computer Science through engaging games and puzzles that use cards, string, crayons and lots of running around.
Digital technologies in focus project (K-6) ACARA resources and links to support teaching and learning for Digital technologies in the classroom.
Digital technologies Hub (K-10) resources for teachers to support teaching and learning for Digital technologies in the classroom.
Grok Learning (3-7) Visual programming activities, using Blockly to support teaching and learning in Digital Technologies and computational thinking skills.
Scientific thinking
ABC Education (K-10) has resources for students that link to the content in the Science and Technology Syllabus. There are short videos that provide information with question prompts to guide discussion or lead to further research topics.
The kid should see this(2-10) A collection of 4,300+ kid-friendly videos, curated for teachers and parents to share meaningful media in the classroom. Useful as a writing prompt for informative, persuasive and imaginative texts.
Sustainability
Junior Landcare Learning Centre Resources (K-6). Thirty-minute learning activities aligned to Australian Curriculum that help to build student knowledge and deeper connections to food production, biodiversity, Indigenous perspectives and waste management.
Sustainable Schools NSW (K-6) Links to teacher resources to support the cross-curriculum priority of sustainability. There is also information and activities specifically for students.
