Supporting learning
Students will need support and regular communication as they adapt to a mixed delivery of learning model.
As your school progresses through a phased return to face-to-face teaching, you will need to communicate regularly with students and their families about what changes will be happening at school and with their learning.
Students will need clear guidance on:
- how they will be attending school
- how they can access and submit their work
- how and when to contact their teachers and support staff.
Since these guidelines may change as the term progresses, we recommend regularly engaging with your school community to communicate current guidelines and upcoming changes.
Student wellbeing has suggestions for how your school can support your students at home. Find more information about supporting students on the diversity and inclusivity page.
If your school has an early childhood centre, see the Early learning at home page for more information.
