The night before
Make sure you check the time and location of your exam and plan your morning.
Do some light revision. Now, when I say light, I mean 'light.'
And go to bed early and get a good night's rest.
Now: Morning of your exam.
Eat a nice brekkie.
No, not junk food. Put the doughnut away.
How about something like eggs or avo on toast?
And while you're eating, maybe go over the dot points of the syllabus.
Now, don't add to your stress by being late.
Make sure you get to your exam early enough so that you're settled before you go in.
And avoid those people who stress you out.
Before you open your paper, take lots of deep breaths. You got this!
Don't forget to drink plenty of water.
But not so much that you're wasting precious exam time on bathroom breaks.
And remember those stressful people we mentioned before?
You should probably also avoid them after the exam.
And you're done! Congratulations!
Now you can relax.
Ummm. Well, until your next exam, that is.
