Good collaboration between school staff and the provider will support service delivery that best meets the needs of students. Collaborative work should ideally start with a kick off meeting between relevant staff and the provider to establish shared expectations and ways of working together. A kick off agenda template and kick off agreement template have been developed to support this meeting.
