The Improving Learning and Support Journey project team held a collaborative two day workshop engaging participants in our education system who play key roles in the Access Request process. The two days focused on reaching a collective understanding of the pain-points within the current process and opportunities to improve the learning journey for parents and students.
By the end of the second day the collaboration and creative energy was flowing between participants. The room was buzzing and the outcomes were really innovative solutions and ideas.
Where to next?
After a successful two days the Learning and Support Journey project team are presenting the outcomes to the Reference Group to work through the priorities and next steps.
