Project-based learning resource guide
Project-based learning (PBL) is an approach to teaching and learning that engages students in rich and authentic learning experiences. PBL can be transformative for your teaching practice but requires strong, supportive leadership and a commitment to innovation and contemporary pedagogies.
The PBL resource guide comprises 4 sections:
- Introducing PBL
- Developing the project experience
- Implementing the project
- Key practices that support PBL
This resource guide is designed to assist teachers to gain an understanding of the steps and strategies that can be used to implement PBL effectively. There is no 'one size fits all' approach but the guide provides a sound starting point for the journey.
