Sponsored Retraining Programs

Applications are now open for a number of sponsored retraining programs with the NSW Department of Education

Did you know that the NSW Department of Education offers a number of sponsored retraining programs each year? Approved teachers can be supported while they retrain or upskill to improve educational and life outcomes for NSW public school students.

Applications for the School Counsellor Sponsorship Programs and Inclusive Practice in Education Scholarship are currently open. Successful applicants will receive a range of benefits including payments towards tuition fees, guaranteed employment upon successful completion of studies and transferable expertise across a diverse range of school settings. Inclusive Practice in Education Scholarship

Be prepared for the future of education and develop your skills and confidence in supporting students with disability. Apply for the Inclusive Practice in Education Scholarship and be supported to complete a masters degree or graduate diploma in inclusive/special education.

School Counsellor Sponsorship Programs

Play a key role in supporting the mental health and wellbeing of students across the state as a school counsellor. Approved teachers can apply through theSchool Counsellor Sponsorship Programs to be supported to complete their third year of Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) approved psychology studies and a Master of Psychological Practice (School Psychology).
